«Հաշտարարություն և կոնֆլիկտների լուծում» հավաստագիր տրամադրող ծրագիրը Երևանի պետական համալսարանի շարունակական կրթության կենտրոնի կողմից առաջարկվող միջգիտակարգային և գործնական ուղղվածությամբ կրթական նախաձեռնություն է։ Ծրագրի նպատակն է ապահովել կոնֆլիկտների դինամիկայի և լուծման մարտավարությունների համապարփակ ընկալում: Այն համադրում է տեսական հիմնարար մոտեցումները գործնական հմտությունների հետ՝ ուսանողներին նախապատրաստելով կոնֆլիկտների լուծման և հաշտարարության մեջ հանդիպող իրական մարտահրավերների։ Փոխկապակցված երեք դասընթացների («Կոնֆլիկտների հետազոտության մեթոդներ», «Կոնֆլիկտների վերլուծություն և կարգավորում», «Հաշտարարությունը գործնականում») շնորհիվ մասնակիցները ձեռք են բերում ամուր գործիքակազմ՝ տարբեր իրավիճակներում ծագած կոնֆլիկտներում կողմնորոշվելու, դրանք վերլուծելու և կարգավորելու համար։
